Hello, you can actually stop it if you want to. It’s a habit, you were not born with it, you acquired this habit along the way in your life. You can still drop the habit.
Firstly agree to stop it in your mind
Create an habit tracker on a daily basis
Discipline your self to keep to the daily tracker for atleast a month.
Remember because you said you want to stop, does not mean it will automatically stop You must participate in your rescue.
The urge will come but self discipline is what will keep you from it.
